| The former head office of Toyoda Spinning & Weaving Co., Ltd., originally constructed in 1925, has been completely restored and holds many of Sakichi and Kiichiro Toyodafs personal belongings and papers. |

| Sakichi Toyoda established hToyoda Shokai@Officeh in 1902 as a company for inventing, researching and developing the automatic loom. This building itself was built in 1905 and was both the residence and the work place for Sakichi, the place where he devoted all his time and energy into developing the automatic loom. |
