Steam Engine
This steam engine was manufactured by the Sulzer Brother's Co,. Ltd. of Switzerland in 1898. It was installed here when this building served as the main plant of Toyoda Boshoku Corporation. The engine is Equipped with two high-pressure/low-pressure cylinders and a massive flywheel measuring 4.7meters in diameter. The power generated by the engine, transmitted through nine cables, drove the spinning and weaving machines in the plant.
