Toyoda - Platt Agreement (singed in 1929)

In return for giving Platt Brothers & Co., Ltd. exclusive rights to manufacture and sell Toyoda automatic looms in every country except Japan, China and the United States, Toyoda Automatic Loom Works, Ltd. received 100,000 pounds (equivalent to 1 million yen at the time) as the patent transfer fee.
