Kiichiro Toyoda officially announces the Prototype Research and Preparations for Production Order, and presents and creates prototypes of car models it will be able to make in the future

Although it was no longer possible to freely produce automobiles, Toyota made preparations for the future--when production would once again be possible--and came up with concrete plans for four trucks and eight passenger cars.
