Special Exhibit “A lifetime of research and creativity—Sakichi’s ambition, and the people who supported it”

As the second part of our special plans celebrating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sakichi Toyoda, this special exhibit explores Sakichi’s life spent in tireless research and creativity, devoting his entire life to inventing looms until he perfected his ultimate goal of a “fully-automatic loom” at the age of 57, as well as the people who shared his ambition and gave their support.

Saturday, October 7th to Sunday, December 10th

Special Exhibit “The Enduring Vision of Sakichi: Our Lives with Toyoda Group”

We will soon hold the 5th special exhibition celebrating the 150th anniversary of the birth of Sakichi Toyoda.

Inventor Sakichi Toyoda had a dream to enrich Japanese society and make people happy.
