Group Visit

Group appointments for the Toyota Commemorative Museum for Industry and Technology are accepted on the home page of this site.

Please be aware in advance that reservations should be made from the first day of the month that is three months before your visit to up to four days before your visit.

* Please be advised that due to anticipated high visitor traffic, we are unable to accept group reservations during the following periods:
-Golden Week (April 26, 2025 – May 6, 2025)
-Anniversary Event (May 31, 2025 – June 1, 2025)
-Obon Period (August 8, 2025 – August 17, 2025)

* Reservations are required for guidance and provision of the lunch hall.
Additionally, please consult with the contact below if it is fewer than four days before your visit.

Group discounts are available.

20% discount for groups of 30 or more.

Leaflets and DVDs introducing the museum can be sent in advance if you are located in Japan.

DVD will need to be returned to us at a later date.
Leaflets are available in Japanese, English, Chinese (both traditional and simplified), Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese.

* Please apply for these to the reception group.

Group receives introduction of museum upon arrival.

Upon arrival, the group may listen to a brief explanation and view a video introducing the museum and its exhibits in one of the halls.

Available only on request, subject to room availability.

* Visiting groups should inquire and apply to the reception group in advance.

The museum can provide space for lunch. Groups may use a hall at lunch time at no charge.

Lockers (luggage baskets) available for groups.

Groups of 20 or more can take advantage of the group lockers (luggage baskets).

* We cannot take reservations in advance. Please apply on arrival at the main information desk.
